about us

We are all here to help you to make a success as a foster carer. Our members of staff are at the height of their careers, they have a wealth of experience to offer and will be able to work with you to get the best for ‘our’ children.

Mary, a newly approved carer said, “When they said they were there for us and we would get a visit once a fortnight I took it with a pinch of salt and thought ‘we’ll see’. But it was true, we got help, advice and reassurance all the way through. The other thing I find really helpful is meeting up with the other carers for the support group and an exchange of problems and ideas.”

We also provide ‘post approval’ training for all our carers and encourage you to build up to a formal child care qualification.

You can contact staff or managers at any time in a crisis and benefit from our 24 hour cover.

Get Involved
As a foster carer you become a member of the co-operative and your thoughts and ideas on the agency, and how it should be run, are vital to keep managers and staff up to date and in touch with what carers need.
