The main aim of The Foster Care Co-operative is to give as many vulnerable children and young people as possible a safe and loving home. None of this would be possible without the help and support given directly to them from our foster carers.
We’ve said it so many times before, but the work they do – daily – in so many different ways, really is a fantastic thing.
Today as a small gesture, staff and carers in Wales were treated to Christmas lunch at the stunning Llechwen Hall, near Pontypridd, whilst taking in the breath taking views of the surrounding Valley. To top off the stereotype, there was also a flock of sheep playing in the field just outside the dining room.
So, a big thank you from us to our foster carers, back up carers and respite carers – here’s to 2015!
