Gary Rummens, one of our fantastic social workers based in the North has recently graduated as a Wright Foundation Instructor (WFI) – enabling him to work with people who suffer from a variety of conditions.
This work could involve creating a tailor-made fitness and nutrition programme for someone suffering from conditions such as Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), Hypertension and Asthma – to name but a few.
Gary is available to our carers and their birth and foster children - and can advise, provide additional information and even provide a tailor made fitness and nutrition programme for them.
Gary has already delivered successful Pilates and nutritional sessions at Carer Support Groups in Yorkshire and the North West – and plans to roll this out into other regions. He is also qualified to work as a Personal Trainer, a Sports Conditioning Coach, a TRX Instructor, a Pilates Instructor and a Circuit Class Instructor. He is also qualified to work with children aged 2-18 years old.
