What's going on?

 

You may have heard about Pokémon Go already.  It is a mobile-based game that uses "augmented reality" technology to place Pokémon creatures in your immediate surroundings.  The creatures can be viewed on a mobile phone screen using the camera function, as well as GPS technology.  The object of the game is to ‘capture’ as many of these creatures as possible.  It is already very popular in Australia and America, and the game is now available in the UK.

As the game is primarily aimed at children, the NSPCC have drawn up this guide to help you keep your children safe.  If you have children, please read this guide:
