What's going on?

Anyone can suffer from mental health problems at any time.  In fact, according to The Mental Health Foundation, one in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem in any given year.  Bizarrely, for such a widespread problem, it’s still very much ‘swept under the carpet’ -  leaving sufferers feeling isolated, worthless and ashamed.

If you know someone with mental health problems, here are some tips on how to support them:

Today, 1st February 2018, is Time to Talk Day 2018.  At FCC, we’re taking 20 minutes out of our day to talk to each other about mental health.

It doesn’t matter where you are, it’s #timetotalk
